1. Eligibility & Entry

The Downtime Dash game is open to participants aged 18+ years.
To secure your place on the leaderboard and to receive any applicable discount codes, you must provide a valid email address when prompted after playing our game.
Only one entry per valid email address is permitted.
Participants may play the game as many times as they wish; however, only one leaderboard entry per person is permitted. Each new score submitted will overwrite the previous entry, even if the new score is lower. To ensure accurate score tracking, participants must always use the same email address. Only one email address per participant is allowed. Creating or using multiple email addresses to generate additional leaderboard entries or discount codes is strictly prohibited.
Employees of EU Automation, their immediate family members, friends and persons living in the same household are not eligible to win the Amazon Gift Card prize.

Collect 10 parts in the game to receive a 5% discount on your next order.
Discounts can only be applied towards orders placed through EU Automation.
The 5% discount is valid on your next order when you quote the discount code to your account manager.
The discount is valid in United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Singapore.
The discount code cannot be applied to existing quotes or orders already in progress and is valid only once per person.
The participant in the top position on the leaderboard on 11th December 2025, 8am CST, will receive an additional prize, as specified on the campaign page. This will be one Amazon Gift Card to the equivalent value of 100 USD in the winner's local currency. The value will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate and rounded down to the nearest available increment. For example, if the exchange rate 100 USD equates to 171.50 AUD, it will be rounded down to 170 AUD.
Prizes are non-transferable and have no cash alternative.

A leaderboard winner will be selected based on the highest score achieved.
The leaderboard winner will be determined on 11th December 2025, 8am CST. The leader board winner will be notified by email.
If the leader board winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, their prize may be forfeited.
Discount winners have until the 11th February 2026 to use their 5% discount / claim their prize. Discount codes submitted after the 11th February 2026 will not be valid.

Limited to one discount per participant.
Discounts can be redeemed during the quotation process by providing your discount code to your account manager at the point of enquiry.
Discounts must be applied at the time of enquiry and cannot be added retrospectively.
Discounts are valid until 11th February 2026 and cannot be combined with other promotions.

To claim your Amazon Gift Card, follow the instructions sent to your email after the cut off date of 11th December 2025, 8am CST.
The Amazon Gift Card is redeemable in the following currencies: U.S. dollar (USD), Canadian dollar (CAD), Singapore dollar (SGD), Australian dollars (AUD) and New Zealand Dollar (NZD).

By entering, you consent to us collecting and processing your email address for the purposes of administering the competition, providing your discount code or rewards and contacting the leaderboard winner.

Participants must play the game manually using standard input devices (e.g., keyboard, mouse, touchscreen).
The use of any automated system, including but not limited to scripts, bots, macros or artificial intelligence tools, to interact with the game or influence gameplay, score submission or outcome is strictly prohibited.
Any attempt to manipulate the game using such methods may result in disqualification and forfeiture of any associated rewards or discounts.

Participants must use usernames that are appropriate and safe for work.
Usernames containing offensive, hateful, discriminatory, sexually explicit or otherwise harmful language are strictly prohibited.
We reserve the right to remove any inappropriate usernames from the leaderboard and disqualify the associated participant from receiving rewards or discounts.
